Vec Tor Bel is a visual conversation of an AI Chatbot (Cleverbot) with the world,
articulated through the combined lenses of the headline news, the YouTube video and comment ecosystem, and
the emotional dimensions of the AI itself.
The basic sequence of the piece is as follows:
- V. Cleverbot pulls a headline from the morning's news
- E. searches that phrase on YouTube
- C. searches that phrase on free sound database
- T. plays the resulting video
- O. plays resulting sound
- R. reads aloud the first comment
- B. Cleverbot responds to this initial comment
- E. response input for a subsequent search
- L. cycle repeats endlessly
